Refund Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026. These terms are provided in English.
30 days, no argument. If your star map is not what you
hoped for, email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not have
to justify it, and you do not have to return anything — there is nothing to return.
The guarantee
The site promises a 30-day happiness guarantee. This page is that promise, written down
so it means something. Within 30 days of your purchase you may ask for a
full refund of what you paid, for any reason at all — including simply changing your mind.
You keep the file. Chasing a customer for a deleted download would cost more than the
refund and insult someone we have already disappointed.
Let us fix it first — if you want
Most problems are not "I want my money back", they are "the date is wrong" or "please
make the title smaller". Tell us what is off and we will re-render the file and send
it again, free. That offer is an alternative to a refund, never a condition of one:
if you would rather just have your money, say so and that is the end of it.
This covers the common ones — a mistyped date, the wrong city, a spelling error in a
name, a file that will not open, or a print that came out unexpectedly.
How to ask
- Email joseph.f.tossy91@gmail.com.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and your order or
receipt number, so we can find the payment. Paddle emails you a receipt with it.
- Tell us whether you want a refund or a corrected file. One line is plenty.
We reply within 2 business days and approve refunds under this
guarantee as a matter of course.
How the money comes back
Your purchase is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of
record, so Paddle issues the refund on our instruction. It returns to the original payment
method — we cannot send it anywhere else. Banks typically take a further
5–10 business days to show it, which is outside our control. Any sales tax
or VAT you paid is refunded with it.
You may also contact Paddle's buyer support directly about a payment; they can look it up
from your receipt.
Your legal right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download
begins — but only if you were asked at checkout to expressly agree to immediate delivery and
to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. We will ask you for exactly
that, in plain words, before payment.
This matters less here than it does elsewhere: our 30-day guarantee is longer
and simpler than the 14-day statutory right, and we honour it whether or not the
statutory right still applies to you. Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have
under the consumer law of the country you live in.
The limits
Two, and only two:
- After 30 days the guarantee has run out. Write to us anyway — if
something is genuinely wrong with the file, we would still rather fix it.
- Clear abuse — for example repeatedly buying and refunding to collect
files. We may decline a refund and stop serving that account, and we will explain why in
writing.
There is no restocking fee, no partial refund, and no "used it, so no refund" clause.
Before you file a chargeback
Please email us first. A refund reaches you faster than a bank dispute, and we have never
had a reason to refuse one under this policy. If you never received your file, that is our
failure to fix, not a dispute to have.
